Are CARROTS really good for the eyes? The answer is Yes... and No....
The truth is that carrots are high on beta-carotene
that the body converts to vitamin A, which aids the
maintenance of proper eyesight. but if u already shortsighted
like me, don't expect Vitamin eyesight better. AND be careful
when eating carrots, because eating orangecoloured fruits andVegetables
(like carrots)excessively MAY give your skin an orangey tone.
